Marketplace role
AlPhred.co LLC provides a platform that connects clients and service providers. Providers are independent businesses and remain responsible for service delivery, licensing, insurance, and legal compliance.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining account security, providing accurate profile and phone information, and complying with applicable laws and platform policies.
Bookings and payments
Booking prices, schedules, refunds, and disputes are managed through platform workflows. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers and related transaction records.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operations, or violate rights of other users. We may suspend or terminate access for policy, safety, or legal violations.
Disclaimers and liability
Services are provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, AlPhred disclaims implied warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages. WhatsApp and other communication delivery may depend on third-party network availability.
