Information we collect
We collect account details, booking details, payment-related metadata, communication logs, and device or usage data needed to operate and secure the marketplace. For WhatsApp, this can include phone number, message content, media, and delivery events.
How we use data
We use data to provide booking workflows, support payments, prevent fraud, send notifications, verify users, and improve reliability and performance.
Data sharing
We share data only with parties required to run the service, including payment processors, communication providers (including Meta for WhatsApp transport), and infrastructure vendors under contractual safeguards.
Data retention
We retain data for legal, tax, dispute, fraud-prevention, and operational requirements, then delete or de-identify it where feasible. Certain raw webhook payload fields are retained on a rolling window (configured default: 30 days).
Your choices
You can update account details, manage notification preferences, and request account closure by contacting support. You can opt out of WhatsApp notifications in-app or by sending STOP in WhatsApp.
